Shute School Hours
8:40 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.

The Shute school day begins at 8:40 a.m.  Students are welcome to arrive at school any time between 8:30 and 8:40 a.m.  We ask that students enter through the gym entrance of the school and go to the gym.  Students who arrive after 8:40 a.m. should check in with Mrs. Tucker at the office.    

School Improvement Days: Students are dismissed at  12:30 PM.  Students will eat lunch.

Early Dismissal Days: (including  Christmas and Spring Break) Students are dismissed at 2:40 PM.

Heat Schedule: School begins at 8:00 and dismisses at 2:00

Parent Teacher Conferences: Students are dismissed at 12:30 PM.  Students will eat lunch.

Cold Weather Reminder: During the cold weather season, remember to listen to one of the following radio or television stations to determine if school is cancelled due to inclement weather: WEEK-CHANNEL 25, WHOI-CHANNEL19, WMBD-CHANNEL 31, WIRL- AM 1290, WGLO - FM 95.5, WTAZ - FM 102.3, WXCL - FM 104.9
