Armstrong School Hours
8:40 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.

The Armstrong school day begins at 8:40 a.m.  Students are welcome to arrive at school any time between 8:30 and 8:40 a.m.  We ask that students enter through the front main entrance of the school and go to the gym.  Students who arrive after 8:40 a.m. should check in with Mrs. Davidson at the office.    

If you drop off your child in the morning, we ask that you do so in front of the school, on the building side of the driveway, near the main entrance.  However, if you need to come into the school for any reason,  you must park your car in the parking lot on the east side of the building.  No one should park on either side of the driveway in front of the school at any time during the school day. 

School Improvement Days: Students will be dismissed at 12:30 PM.  All students will eat lunch on these days.

Early Dismissal Days: (including Thanksgiving, Christmas and Spring Break) School dismissal is at 2:40 PM.

Heat Schedule: (begins August 22nd to September 2nd) School starts at 8:00am and dismissal is at 2:00pm.

Parent Teacher Conferences: Students will be dismissed at 12:30 PM.  Students will eat lunch.

Cold Weather Reminder: During the cold weather season, remember to listen to one of the following radio or television stations to determine if school is cancelled due to inclement weather: WEEK-CHANNEL 25, WHOI-CHANNEL19, WMBD-CHANNEL 31, WIRL- AM 1290, WGLO - FM 95.5, WTAZ - FM 102.3, WXCL - FM 104.9
