What's New In the Library
All students have been listening to some of
the books that have been nominated for the Illinois Bluestem
Award. The students will get the opportunity to vote on
their choice for the award winning book in March. For more
information on the Bluestem Award, click the link above. In the Computer Lab After the first of the year, 4th grade
students will begin a PowerPoint project where they will be
creating presentations all about themselves. 5th graders
will begin learning about Photo Story. They will complete
the year with a photo story video created with a selection
of their favorite photos from their 5th grade year here at
Lincoln.
AR News
The box to the right is a scoreboard
of how our kids are doing with AR. It is
constantly updated to show how many books
have been read by Lincoln students each
month. It will also show which quizzes have
been taken most recently. This could be a
good way to get some good suggestions for
reading.
