Heat Schedule: 7:40 AM -1:35 PM
Early Dismissal - 7:40 A.M. to 1:35 PM
Half Day - 7:40 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. (Lunch is not served.)

Students who arrive after 7:40 A.M. are tardy and must report to Mrs. Swingle  in the office. Students leaving school early, or for part of the day need to bring a note for the secretaries in the morning.

Student Council members, be sure to check the stuco bulletin board for committee assignments and meeting dates.  Any stuco member who wants to attend the team building conference in February please see Ms. Nelson at this time if you have not turned in your permission slip.

Students, if you are interested in helping put the 2018-2019 Yearbook together, please pick up an informational flyer outside of Mrs. Meiner’s room - 314.  This flyer includes important meeting dates that your parents need to be aware of. The flyer needs to be returned to Mrs. Meiner when you come to the informational meeting on Tuesday, January 22 at 7:10 AM.

If you are involved with the CJHS Newscast, or if you wish to join, please come and see Ms. Sutherland in room 111 during your study hall period. There are exciting and new things happening that you will want to be a part of!

Any student council members with field trip forms, please bring them to Miss Nelson, room 211, right after announcements.

Play practice will be after school until 3:45 in Mrs. Vance’s room.  Please see Mrs. Vance or Ms. Rosa ASAP with any conflicts.

Calling all dancers: in the main office there are flyers for the Raiderette dance camp. This is a GREAT opportunity to learn new skills and perform at a high school basketball game.

The 6th and 7th grade teams both defeated Dunlap Valley last night. In the 7th grade game Kalyssa lead the team with 16 aces. The score of the second game was 25-3.  Cail added 6 aces and 1 kill, Meadow T. and Gaby T. each 1 ace. Malia N. 2 blocks and 1 kill, Jasmine M. 1 block, Julia M. and Cail P. both had 1 assist. The 6th grade team started out strong in their game.  Gaby L. lead with 6 aces, Julia M. 3, Kaidance T. 2, and Avery B. and Keearah B. each added 1. Great job ladies! Wish them luck as they face Morton tonight.
