We are working on teamwork this month! Students who are on task, following directions, and not disruptive for the entire month of February will earn an extra treat at our whole-school "Free-Time Friday" on February 24!
Bolin Spirit Club is selling Valentine's Candy Grams this week! Students can purchase 1 for $0.50 or 3 for $1.00 to send to a friend with a positive message and a treat inside. The grams are available for purchase any morning this week!
Our school assembly last week was a success! We had a positive time celebrating our students, encouraging positive behavior, and passing out our new Bolin t-shirts provided by the District 86 Foundation!
This is a reminder that we will have our regularly scheduled board meeting tomorrow, January 19th at 7pm.
Report cards for second quarter will come home today! Please sign and return the yellow envelope.
Today is an SIP day. Students will be dismissed at 12:40. There will also be no school on Monday (1/16/23) in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Have a great long weekend!

Students are standardized testing this week so we can check in on the progress they are making! Please make sure your student is getting good sleep each night and has a working pair of headphones at school.

Update on the Bolin Canned Food Drive... Thank you so much for all of your generosity! Students donated the equivalent of 2,315 cans of food, which was more than double our goal! Great job, Bolin Braves!
Students are released at 2:35 PM today for early dismissal. Have a wonderful winter break! We will see your student back on January 5!
Holiday parties will be tomorrow, 12/20, from 1:30-2:15! Any parents wishing to come help will need to check in at the office with their driver's license.
It's pajama day tomorrow! Bolin students have been working hard to have no missing work this month and we are celebrating with a "Reading Camp-In" party!

Just a reminder that the Armstrong/Bolin Holiday concert is tomorrow night at the high school! Armstrong will perform at 6:00, with Bolin performing at 6:45. Students have been working hard to prepare. See you there!
Bolin's Canned Food Drive is this week! Students can bring in cans or money to donate. (Each 50 cents will count as one can.) Our goal is to collect 1,000 cans as a whole school, and the top 3 classes will earn a special treat!
