Out of an abundance of caution with the predicted weather, all after school activities have been cancelled for today, Tuesday, March 10th. All students will be dismissed to go home at 2:35. Thank you and stay safe.
Band Solo and Ensemble competition will be held on March 13 at Illinois Central College.

The school play will be performed on March 13 and 14.

Congratulations to Michael F.! Michael helped to answer more toss up questions correctly than EPCHS JV team during a practice match with them. The future of East Peoria Scholastic Bowl looks great!
Congratulations to Kylie E.! She answered her first 2 toss up questions during the match, one of them after only hearing a few words of the questions; she knew the answer was Hunger Games.
Congratulations to Rio B.-S.! She has shown strong confidence this year during matches and has done an outstanding job when she is serving as team captain!

Congratulations to Cruise M.! Cruise has had a fantastic season, going 32-8 on the season going in to regionals this Saturday. He brought home 2nd place at the Canton tournament, and has medaled in every tournament so far this season, and was the champion of the Mahomet tournament.
Congratulations to Drake D.! Drake was able to answer a toss up question correctly after only hearing 6 words of the question! What was the correct answer? Spongebob Squarepants! What a great job by Drake.


The Mid-Winter Band Concert will take place on February 24 at 6:30 PM.


Congratulations to Bentley G.! Bentley is 17-2 on the season, making quick work of his opponents. All of his wins have come from a pin, almost all from his world famous hip toss.
Congratulations to Roosevelt J.! Roosevelt joined the wrestling team after basketball season ended but has immediately made an impact, going 11-0 since joining.
Congratulations to Hunter P.! Hunter is a very skilled technical wrestler who wrestlers smart every match he is in. Hunter also went 5-0 during the mid-state duals, and was named to the all tournament team, beating out 11 other wrestlers at the 145 pound weight class. He is a great leader for the team, holding teammates accountable and is always leading warmups.
Congratulations to Cayleigh B.! Cayleigh always has a positive attitude on the court and off the court. She tries to keep her team in a positive mindset while giving positive words during timeouts.
Congratulations to Izzy M.! Izzy is always happy during practices and games. She is willing to help set up as well as tearing down equipment. She has also stayed after games to clean up the bleachers.






School will be closed on February 16 in observance of Presidents' Day.

Third midterm reports will be sent home with students on February 18.

Congratulations to Aaliyah S.! Aaliyah is a wonderful member of the Wildkits! Her passion for dance and performing shines through in every routine. Her facials and energy always make her standout in any performance she does. She is a hard worker who is eager to learn new skills, and she’s always keeping practice fun and making us laugh. The Wildkits wouldn’t be the same without Aaliyah!
