Illinois Science Testing begins next week for all 5th and 8th grade students. Each student will participate in 3 test sessions covering Life, Physical and Earth/Space Science. Please make sure your child gets a good night of sleep and eats a healthy breakfast!
Talent Show sign-up forms are due by Monday, February 27. Anyone wanting to perform can get a form from the school office.
There will be no school on Monday, February 20, in honor of Presidents' Day.

I want to send a big SHOUT OUT to the District 86 Foundation. They are the group that purchased the t-shirts that were handed out last week! Every school student and staff member will receive one! We are waiting on a few that have not arrived so when they do we will ask for all to wear them so we can get a Glendale Family picture!
Report cards for the second quarter will be sent home on Wednesday, January 18th. Please sign and return the yellow envelope.
There will be no school on Monday, January 16th, in observation of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
Friday, January 13, is an early dismissal SIP day. Glendale will release at 12:35pm.
There will be no ECE classes.
Thursday, January 5, school will resume for students. It will be a regular schedule day.
Tuesday, December 20 is an early release day. Glendale will dismiss at 2:35pm.

The Glendale/Wilson Christmas Program takes place Monday, December 19, beginning at 6:00pm at the East Peoria High School.
The East Peoria District 86 Board Meeting will take place on Thursday, December 15, at the CJHS at 7:00pm.
There will be no school on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of this week (Nov. 23, 24, and 25) for Thanksgiving Break. Classes will resume on Monday, November 28.
Save the date for the Wilson/Glendale Holiday Concert.
It will take place at the EPCHS Auditorium on Monday, December 19th, from 6:00-7:30pm.
There will be no school on Tuesday, November 8 (Election Day) and Friday, November 11 (Veterans Day). School will be in session on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Friday, November 4, is an SIP early dismissal day. Glendale will dismiss at 12:40 pm.
Wednesday, November 2, is Picture Retake Day for anyone that needs it.
