Your child's class list will be posted at their school on Friday, August 15th after 4:00 PM. You will also be able to look up their teacher and bus schedule through your Family Access account after 4:00 PM that day. If you have any questions please contact your child's school.

Online Registration for Returning Students starts this Monday, July 14th and goes through Friday, August 1st.
If you have any issues logging into your account, please call the district office at 309-427-5100 and they will be glad to help you.
If you need help with the online registration process or you need access to a computer, registration help will be available Wednesday, August 6th at Central Junior High, 601 Taylor Street, from 2:00-6:00 pm.
The school supply lists are available on the district website homepage under NEWS and also at local stores.

Tomorrow is the last day of school for the 24-25 school year. It is a full day of attendance at all buildings. Report cards will be sent home with students.

Friday, May 23rd, is a School Improvement Day. All students will have early dismissal. CJHS will dismiss at 11:00 a.m. Lunch will not be served. K-2 buildings will dismiss at 12:30 p.m. 3-5 Buildings will dismiss at 12:40 p.m. Lunches will be served at all K-5 buildings. There will be no classes for Early Childhood. Additionally, there will be no school on Monday, May 26th, for Memorial Day. Classes will resume at their regular scheduled time on Tuesday, May 27th. If you have any questions, please contact your child’s school.

Tonight's regularly scheduled Board of Education Meeting will take place at 7pm.

Our Spring i-Ready Diagnostic Testing for math and reading is currently taking place through May 16th. Please make sure your child has a working set of headphones at school and encourage them to do their best! Data from this diagnostic shows us the growth your child has made throughout the24-25 school year!

Today is an Early Dismissal for all District 86 students. CJHS will dismiss at 1:35. Afternoon ECE classes will dismiss at 2:10. K-2 buildings will dismiss at 2:25. 3-5 buildings will dismiss at 2:35. Enjoy your long weekend! Classes will resume on Tuesday, April 22nd.

The Illinois Assessment of Readiness for grades 3-8 and the Illinois Science Assessment for grades 5 & 8 will take place between March 3rd and March 21st. The specific testing schedule will be determined by each building. It is helpful to minimize any absences during this time. Students will need a working pair of wired headphones for testing. Please reach out to your child's school with any questions.
