As a reminder, tomorrow, Tuesday, December 20th, students will have early dismissal:
CJHS will dismiss at 1:35 PM.
K-2 buildings will dismiss at 2:25 PM.
3-5 Buildings will dismiss at 2:35 PM.
ECE PM Only & Life Skills Classes will dismiss at 2:10 PM.
ECE AM will dismiss at it's usual time.
There is no school on November 23rd, 24th & 25th.
Classes will resume at their regular scheduled time on Monday, November 28th.

Our regularly scheduled Board Meeting will take place tonight at 7pm.
School Board Members Day, November 15th, is an occasion to recognize board members who serve as unpaid volunteers for the benefit of the students and the community. They act as the front-line education advocates providing a local voice and vision for the district by putting in place the educational priorities of area residents. Recognize your school board members and fellow partners in education excellence on November 15—Illinois School Board Members Day.
Just a reminder that there is no school on Tuesday, November 8th. This is a mandated holiday in Illinois for Election Day.
Also this week, no school on Friday, November 11th in observance of Veterans' Day.

District 86 will host a community-wide trunk or treat at CJHS on Sunday, October 30th from 4:00-5:30. District staff and community organizations will be there with their trunks open for all costumed children - ages birth through 8th grade - to participate! We'd love to see you there!
